Has your local community become foreign?

Does it concern you that you feel like a foreigner in your own country?

Answer:
Yes it does, its time we do something about it. Call your reps in Washington and tell them to build the fence and enrforce our immigration laws. When you see illegals working, call I.C.E. if enough people will call they will have to do something.
Its time we take our country back America!
Yes it does concern me that my local community has become foreign. I have nightmares about it.
I think you posted this question only for real americans, OOPS,( I am an inmigrant also), there's so many different races in my neighborhood I LOVE IT, because that's why GOD created everybody so we all can be the same and be treated the same way, but unfortunately people like you are reluctantly mad and overwhelmed about others to be in here, you should be glad that you have a big variety to choose from, I am Dominican, and I don't eat my food everyday, I order Italian, french, japanese, chinese, cuban jamaican, and I love it, and not only that I learn a little bit of everybody's culture.
I don't think the local community has become foreign and no, it does not concern me that I feel like a foreigner in my own country, as I certainly do not feel this way.

What does concern me are questions such as this, that perpetuate the culture of fear amongst people and propel paranoia based on fiction.
i feel like the ethinc minority these days
Yes, absolutely! All of these people from other contries keep coming over here and ruining my way of life. My kids can't find a job and housing prices are in the toilet. Not to mention I can't buy gasoline to drive my car. Its all because of the funny looking people in their funny looking clothes.

If they'd just leave and go back to where they came from, this country would be SO MUCH BETTER.

I don't feel like a foreigner
no my particular part off the world. but am worried. specially places like London
The Canadians are coming!
OH NOES!
I live in Dallas Texas and the answer is Yes.

A note of irony--went to the fireworks on the Fourth of July. In the park where I went with my family, it was 75%+ Hispanic (most of whom were speaking Spanish), and only 25% caucasian and black.

I thought my calendar was confused and it was Cinco de Mayo.
Yes, it does bother me when a black family moved in next
door and a white family move in 2 doors down, I resented It the black families sons were my son's best friends, and spent most of their time at my house as my son's at their house. The white family had two girls that were friends with my daughter. We got along good and to this day my black son's call me "papa".
I don't care where people have immigrated from as long as it is done legally.
Yes, Latinos everywhere.
Another loaded question based on paranoia and fear with no evidence to support its premise.

Well said Ms Eddy. Here have a thumbs up.
What part of No you don't understand?

Yes. Know one understands my accent (brummie), and just asking for something simple in thelocal Sainsburys results in me being shown the most bizare of things, none of which I asked for. Just trying to buy food is becoming such a hassle, that it makes me go looking for someone English just to buy something
Yes, I live in Arizona and everyday I step out my door it seems like mexico.
I can't visit several areas of my town nor enjoy my favorite Mexican dishes because I'm afraid of violent Mexican bullies, not just gangsta kids, but men as well. If there was a Chinatown or Japantown I wouldn't hesitate, but with the murders, stabbings, beatings, and robberies in the news weekly, I wouldn't dare. Mexicans could do a lot better to improve themselves and their image. I would welcome a non-violent non-religious people into my neighborhood, but not this, this is madness. They may become the majority someday, but possibly also the majority in prison?
NO....apart from the Polish ,Muslims,chinese,japenese,Hind... was falling asleep then!....oh and the salmalions
Well put it this way

In my local Maternity clinic there are posters on the walls in POLISH!
It doesn't bother me about the skin colour or the culture of my neighbours, it's the fact that they are human beings underneath just like me.

Sadly the BNP has forgot that and tries to exploit this twisted logic in their policies.
My area became so bad we left the country. The masked hooded women everywhere became the last straw.
I live in England but think it should be renamed poland as they are all over here, and i am sick of them causing trouble and getting away with it as the police feel its too much trouble to arrest them . send them all home
Yes it has, where I live you would be lucky to hear someone speaking English, all you can hear is Polish, Latvian, and Russian
No. On the contrary, I feel very lucky that I live in one of the few countries in the world where I can meet and engage with different races and cultures every day purely by walking down the street.
Yes, I live in a small town in Southern Ireland, for years nobody wanted to come here, now most of our neighbours are Polish, Chinese, Indian, and other eastern European, mostly hard working except they like to celebrate rather too well at the weekends on cheap vodka. Maybe they are homesick too, also they tend to dump their trash anywhere, the vacant house next door is a favourite spot.
