I'd like to ask if a family in Mexico is very poor why would they still expand their family ?

I think the main reason is lack of education = ignorance. Secondary, I would say is the culture/religion. Macho cultures that endorse the man rules the roost and the woman must succumb to his wants/needs. Religion, such as the Catholic religion that does not promote family planning and birth control. Societies that do not have many wealthy people, teach the poor that even if they do not have material wealth, they are wealthy if they have lots of children who will provide for them in their old age.

Why do any poor people anywhere in the world try to expand their families even though they are in poverty? If you can answer that question there wouldn't be any poor people in the world.

Because their religious beliefs prohibit the use of contraception. Because they know little of the reproductive cycle, so they don't know when to have sex and not conceive. Because it is a male dominated society, wherein the role of a wife, among other things, is to submit to sex with her husband whether or not she wants to or whether or not it is "a bad time." These things are particularly true in rural areas where people tend to be even poorer.
They have been bamboozled by the Roman Catholic Church. They do not believe in birth control.

because some countries like the USA do not discourage the free naturalization program of their children born here by abolishing it all together. In this way it is their "equalizer" to put the burden on Americans to help fund and educate their children - rather than separating the family unit.
Why do they have to be in Mexico? Omg, why are you so obsessed with Mexico? Well anyways...if they are poor, how are they going to afford birth control? And even if they could, if they are Catholics it is a sin. Second, a mother's birth is meaningful and abortion is illegal as it should be. There are many people who still expand their family here and are on welfare (don't even say illegals because they cannot get help from the government) and get link cards and live in the projects. So what's your point?
For the same reason most people expand there families-- Love. With the exception of most U.S. couples that expand out of fear of losing a mate, easy welfare money, accidents and too loaded to think before they act.

they are not educated the right way. the only thing good out of illegal kids going to American schools is they will be educated on this problem they are having in Mexico.

Well, put it this way. In Mexico and in the entire third world is happening the same, why? You know more about Mexico because you heard the news and the hate towards us. But that it is happening in Venezuela, Brasil, Peru, Colombia, the vast majority of African countries and the answer is POVERTY AND IGNORANCE. At least in Mexico the result is children but in others countries is AIDS and people is dying at this very moment when I'm writing you. Those people don't have access to health for many reasons and one of them it is because they live in very far communities that take them 3 days walking to reach a town. Others because if they buy something to take care of, that means no food. There is no planning, there is the high price that they have to paid for their ignorance, poverty and for the government indifference.
Family is not something that is in your vocabulary? I hope your children leave your *** in an old folks home. When you live in relative poverty, family becomes an important part of your life. The old values are better than the ones Americans embrace. Cancel NAFTA damn it! Lopez Obrador had a plan that would have worked out so that mexicans did not have to come to this barbaric country.
