if you could find about 20 - 30 people to share one house with you....you could live there too..and get a credit card from the above named bank with no social security number..that's how they do it

I would say because someone allowed for them to live in them areas, there are lots of people who would rent to them for what ever the reason is. It's hard for me to get an apartment with good credit, isn't that about a b****, and a paycheck stub! They might have papers or American family members, yeah the U.S.of A owned by immigrants...
The answer is simple - 1) ultra- tolarance and Political correctness
Because undocumented Immigrants are highly motivated to do good, and citizens are so lazy.
