My three chlidren are US National, can I stay in USA with them?
Now, the 4 year old girl needs to go to school, I just cannot leave her here, I feel sad to leave such a young kid without mommy stay with her. ( when I left, my kids needs to go to my brother's home, he is a citizen.)Does anybody know what can I do?
Answer:
Become a citizen. It's really your only option and the best one for your children. Why would you not want to become a citizen, especially if it means losing your kids?
Edit: This will help answer your questions on citizenship...

Why didn't you become a citizen?!
Contact the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (formerly the INS) about permanent residency.

When the oldest turns 18, and gets a job, he can petition you. Until now there's nothing you can do.
If you overstay your visa you'll end up getting banned for 5 to 10 years. Don't do it.
There is nothing you can do. A minor cannot sponsor a parent under any circumstances.
I take it that you didn't leave your older children previously.
It would seem that your brother would be able to sponsor you. You do of course realize that by him signing those papers that if you were to get on any sort of public assistance that the government has the legal right to go back to him to recoup all funds paid to you and your children?
My suggestion would be to go through all the needed channels and become legal - just like millions before you did and made it through. It is not impossible.
