The W.I.C. program (Women In Crisis) is set up for mothers that are in situations that make the feeding of their children difficult.
A person that applies for such is suppose to have proof of their address (to show that they live in the state and eligible), light bills, and pay stubs (to prove that they fit within the income guidelines).
If they took documents that showed that someone is working within the United States illegally (using a Social Security card that clearly could not be theirs if not here legally) - I would suggest that you contact the W.I.C. office.
I have to deal as a retailer with the W.I.C. office and they don't look kindly at those that get on the system if there is any fraud.
