The illegals DEMAND that we fit into their culture instead of assimilating into the US culture. They don't even TRY to learn English (my observation).
Not to be picky but the Mexicanos, given their general lack of education and opportunity are completely out of line with their own racial prejudice, criminality and shallow thought/thinking. They haven't got a clue what the right thing to do is for the most part. They are humans and we all have been this way. The large influx of mostly Mexicanos is the reason for the problems we are having. We can handle a few but not millions.
Like all people they need to be educated. That's assuming they are around long enough to be educated. I don't believe more than a third really want to live in the USA and obey laws etc. They want their money and to return to Mexico.
America needs to figure out how to tax this mass invassion to our own benefit. Yes, their work is good. Yes, they have cute holidays and customs but t hey also have deeply seated prejudices and un American (at least in theory ...but that's all that matters really) behavior that won't change until they start to pay the price for their own bigotry and short comings. This will never happen until they are called on the block here in the USA and made to pay for their wrong doings and short comings.
you people are stupid and really have issues.....we dont try to push our culture on to you...no matter where you are from there is always going to be that other country that thinks that they are better than you. you dont have to speak a dialect you dont want to or celebrate a custom or tradition if it is not yours. stop worrying about other people and their cultures and worry about yourself........
let see on another side, if you live in poor country, can not feed you and your family, will you try to find better way out or just sit there and waiting to die?

I have never heard any mexican brag about their country! Im always aroud them. If anythinghs they tell us how bad it is over there! As for pushing the culture "down our throat", they're only expressing themselves! Just like Cristians go out into the community, our worship. Are you gonna say they're "pushing their belives down our throat"? Doesn't god see everyone as equal? So just let them be who they wanna be. Because Mexiacns have done so much good here in the US.
