I hope this guy is severely punished. Simple deportment isn't good enough for him.
Let's take things a bit farther and include 1.murder cases for abortions
2.jail time for unpaid student loans
3.firing squad for racist that selectively delay or ignore their fellow Americans in times of necessity for instance the "Katrina flood victims" as well as the homeless Americans!
4.plus for those that only continue to look the other way regarding child sexual abuse,and kidnappings...
Doubtful.. there doesn't seem to be anything a polition would gain from it.
Most likely he'll do his time in jail and then be deported.
