How do you know all this? How come you know better than the Inland Revenue how much tax she should be paying? How do you know her immigration status?
I don't think you do know these things. I think you're making assumptions and I question your motives.

Whilst we should all pay tax, I'm interested to know why you've focused on this one Immigrant? If the Inland Revenue has been made aware I'd leave it there, this person and the company paying them will be investigated, it may take some time but the process has been started, and interest on any unpaid tax will be included when the IR are ready to move.

As for the idiot that told this person to get a life, immigration is a horrid problem here in the states. I applaud those that want to step up and do what is necessary to stop these people that STEAL from us. If they want to work here, apply for citizenship or a work visa! And pay your taxes the way everyone else is supposed to do!
Call immigration if they dont do anything call youir local M.P.they should not be allowed to sponge of this country and get away with it they should be dealt with by the courts and then deported.
send a letter to everyone in the street including her not forgetting yourself of the facts as you've said then watch .
the reason for sending yourself one is that they cannot prove who sent it if you have one send it to the police immigration mp etc
contact either the police or immigration department. if more people reported illegals then this can help the immigration department deport unwanted people.
She pays sales tax. I assume she is renting, and if she is, part of her rent is going to property tax. Do you get a refund from the IRS? She doesn't for sure, since she can't file and therefore can't get a refund if it was owed her. She pays that big tax on gas we all pay. For all you know, she might be paying in more than you, and you just can't (or won't) see it!
And the big question..how do you even know she is illegal?

How does one go about finding out the actual amounts in salary and taxes earned and paid by another? I've seen the IRS guidelines that tells how much tax is owed per dollar. But that requires that you supply known information that is only general, not personal. NOT THAT I DOUBT YOUR CLAIMS (wink-wink), but how does one determine the amount in dollars that are being taken out of the economy BY AN INDIVIDUAL unless you can track where and when each dollar is spent or sent?
The first thing you should do is get over YOUR EX-GIRLFRIEND and stop trying to get her deported. You are either a very nosy, very lonely, kook with a RadioShack Spykit or a jilted ex-BF who can't take "drop dead" for an ANSWER. "She", assuming she exists, probably can make a pretty good STALKING claim towards you after this two year obsession. Take my advice: "Ere mas chicas en la mer". Get over her. Get a shave, shower, maybe try a new cologne and clothes. Get another girlfriend. Drop the "CULTURE WARRIOR" act for a while.

Several of the answers you received tell you to look the other way, mind your own business. Well, I disagree. In today's world we all need to be vigilant. I am concerned how you got this info, but if it is correct, you did the right thing by reporting it. Try the IRS and Social Security. Someone will listen, eventually.

complain to the police, immigration and the inland revenue every day, in the end theyll get off their backsides just to stop you, it is sad that this is the only way theyll do the jobs though
Do you know all this for a fact, or are you just presuming she doesn't pay tax etc. You seem to think you know a lot about this person, so I presume you probably know who she works for. If what you say is true, try reporting the employer.

How do you know she is an illegal immigrant? How do you know she doesn't pay taxes and gets a 'hefty tax free salary'?
A slight give away to the poor logic of your argument is that if she is an illegal immigrant then she will not be registered with the Inland Revenue and thus is not in the tax system, therefore she cannot pay any tax, nor can she claim any benefits!
