Can brazilians travel to canada easier than united states?

I have brazilian girlfriend and she can not come to the united states as visa is difficult to obtain. Is it easier to meet her in Canada?

You still will need a visa to travel to Canada if you are a Brazilian citizen. As a tourist it might be easier to get a tourist visa from Canada than from the U.S., however the costs of getting a visa is pretty steep also. Also please be aware that Air Canada is the only Canadian airline that flies to Brazil. All others connect mainly in the USA. If you plan on connecting in the USA, you will need a transit visa from the U.S., which can add up to your costs. Therefore, flying direct with Air Canada might save you time and money.
