I want to marry her, she over stayed her authorized stay in the U.S. What should I do?
Answer:
I already answered this. Get forms I-130, 1-485, (2) G-325A's, I-864, I-693 it is optional to apply for work permit on form I-765. All these forms are available at www.uscis.gov. Any further info I would have to charge you.
If she overstayed her time then she is going to have to go home and then you will have to get married and then you have to fill out all the paperwork and then she wont be a citizen until you have been married for 3 years. Depending on what country she is from it can take awhile, I know someone from South America and it took them 2 years after getting married to get him into the US. Depending on what her visa was for can she extend it? You can't file for legal residency until after you are married, and they have to insure that you aren't just marrying her to get her a green card, ergo the 3 years. Good luck
Take her to Las Vegas tomorrow and get married.
if you really want to make her your life partner is possible to make her stay a citizen of u.s, have a way of making impossible possible.just impreg.......do i need to tell...
