Should Undocumented residents be recruited for loans?

Illegal alien criminals have been able to get low interest loans for years! They have been recruited. All they need is that contriculat (SP) card that can be BOUGHT at any park. A local "shock jock" on the radio bough one for about $20.
It's bad enough that legal citizens can't afford a home, especially here in CA, but to have these criminals get them is disgraceful!!!
I really hate having "Little TJ" around the corner. It's wrong.

This is why nothing is being done about illegal immigration, the profit potential is just too much. $$$$$$
Any bank that gives home loans to illegal aliens should be heavily fined. Repeat offenders should have their CEO & CFOs imprisoned.
I have mixed feelings about the issue. It is not illegal for banks to loan the money and they have no obligation under the law to verify citizenship.
I'm all for granting immigrants loans. I just think they should have super- high interest.
