Will Bank Of America Credit Cards Be Valid In Mexico ?

I am asking with no SSN required can these cards be used in Mexico or mailed to Mexico. Note-Bank of America found itself at the center of the nation's immigration controversy following reports it's offering credit cards to illegal immigrants in Los Angeles.

Yes they can.

If youa are giving the card to someone else to use in Mexico - that's not legal but you will probably get away with it as they have no way to tell.

Your credit limit is probably low - so there won't be much spending anyway.
