Any one tell me that address proof is enough for passport apply?

I am from india any one can tell me that adress proof from tasilthar is enough to apply passport because i dont have ration card or bank account

If you are a resident of the USA you can not have a USA pasport, you will need the pasport of your country and you resident papers of the USA to travel.
