Do you have trouble communicating with Spanish speaking employees?
Answer:
It does aggravate me. I'm sick of feeling confused every time I want to buy something. If you want to see something done about deportation, vote for Tom Tancredo for president. He wants to deport all illegals and slow down legal immigration. Sounds like a good plan to me.
NOT ME!!!!!!!!
VIVA MEXICO Y LA RAZA MEXICANA!!!
well since spanish is the leading language in the world ...maybe you should learn it
No not at all...
Report each and every one of them. 85% of all Mexicans in the United States are here ILLEGALLY.

Some times it's fun your order some thing and get another Hey not bad Thanks
You were probably in a Spanish speaking restuarant. I am a non Spanish speaker who would love to learn Spanish for other reasons.
I would have walked out. I won't deal with that. If you move here, learn our language. I would never ever DREAM of moving to another country without knowing how to speak their language. If I walk into a store and they can't speak English, I would leave. I hate when I call my bank and I have to press "1" for English! Gimme a freakin break. What the hell language do you think I speak?? I am calling an American bank!!! From America! What the hell language do you think I speak? Why is there a choice?
They're not harming you in any way let them be have patience for them be thoughtful they're only trying to make a livving
if they were all rounded up and deported you would probably have teens working in there place spitting on your food!
Nope, I don't have that problem because if the person working at the store (restaurant, bank, etc) doesn't speak English fluently, I walk out the door and go someplace that hires people who speak English.
Yes, it irritates the living hell out of me!
My thing is... If your going to live here, work our jobs...LEARN THE DAMN LANGUAGE! And the same goes for me, if i move to another country, and i want to work there. i should learn the language! HELLO....
Communication skills... is EVERYTHING!
No, I live in Germany and have actually learned a second language. You obviously don't have the brains and intelligence to be be able to learn such a language. People like you, i.e. of inferior intelligence should be rounded up and deported!
Living in a bilingual country (Canada) I think it would be great if all Americans learned another language. Spanish is similar to French, so if you know one, you can learn the other. It wouldn't hurt if Americans learned some Arabic either; that way, American intelligence agents could, you know, understand the language of the people who are trying to blow them up.
Up here, you have to wait to choose either English or French on phone menus, and when I phone my local bank, there's an option to speak to someone who knows Cantonese. Hey, I don't mind; it's all good.
is it any wonder they are not welcome. when you go to live in another country you owe to yourself and those you are in contact with to be able to speak the language of that country. i know it is politically correct to say well America has no national language but anyone who lives here knows you don't need a congessional decree to know english is the language of the land. if you feel you must hold on to your native language to retain your national identity then maybe you weren't ready to make the move.
Yes,it aggravates me. That is why those places no longer will get my business. I also make sure that management is aware of the reason they have lost my patronage.
No because they speak to me English (even though I'm Hispanic too)..only if I speak to them in Spanish they do the same..and this is in California...also so what if they are Mexicans..do Mexicans offend you? BTW how do you know they are illegal..did you ask them?
As Foxxy Love from Drawn Together would say , "You Racist Fu*k !" I speak perfect English and Spanish . I have no trouble understanding them . We are used to the Spanish language here in Miami . I'm Puerto Rican dammit !
I've encountered the same problem at stores. My choice is not to speak to them in spanish, if they are going to work and live here, they need to learn english. My parents speak spanish, but I talk to my mom ONLY in english and she understands every word, but she still answers in spanish. My parents go to the movies, out to dinner and they speak english with an accent of course but they speak it very well.
I definitely do because I don't speak a lick of Spanish and I don't intend to. If I went to Mexico or any other Spanish speaking country, I guess I would take a dictionary and try my best to communicate in Spanish. However, I would not move to one of those countries without the intention of learning at least basic Spanish and I don't think they should move to my country without the intention of learning at least basic English and I should not have to try to communicate with Spanish speaking people in services in the USA. If I went into a business in the USA and the person waiting on me could not communicate in English, I would leave and take my business elsewhere.
