Shouldn't we make everyone who didn't go through the actual immigration process go back to their country?
Anti-immigration people want this so badly, so let's do it!
Send back every European, African, Asian and anyone else who doesn't have a document with them getting their permanent residency green card first, then spending 5 years here, living without committing crimes while working, paying taxes and then filing for citizenship. If you didn't go through this, or your parents didn't go through this you should have to go back. If you can't trace your heritage it sucks to be you. Those who are so against "achor" babies, all of those "anchor" baby children should be sent back. All decendents of those illegals for the last 300 years.
If you want to enforce a law, then do it the right way. No half-stepping.

This is just stupid! The people that have lived here for multiple generations, have all been born to LEGAL citizens, unlike the 'anchor babies' that are born to ILLEGAL immigrants! We need to build a fence, secure the border, abolish the anchor baby law and enforce the laws on the books. It's as simple as that! As for dealing with the 12mil illegals here now, we can deal with that once we secure the border and build the fence!
