Permanent residence in the citizenship process. Need an attorney?
Should we still seek legal help or can we handle this easily on our own?
Answer:
Contact the US Citizenship and Immigration Services at
1-800-375-5283. They should be able to tell you what form you need to fill out to complete the process. You can then download the form right from their web page. http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis...
If the form looks easy enough for you to complete, then do it without the help of an attorney. Otherwise I would hire the same attorney that helped you the first time.
are yu good in english if yes can yu fillout all paper work without any mistake if yes then yu dont need a loyer otherwise for yur best get an loyer
All you need to do is file an I-751 to remove her conditional status. There's no need to hire an attorney unless you're rich and feel like blowing $1,500 for the heck of it.
You'll find the forms here...

File now, the fee goes up on July 30th to $585, from $205 now, plus an additional $80 for biometrics.
One mistake could cost you lot of pain. Hire an attorney and buy lot of peace of mind. So just weigh the options- and these are personal choices- what is more important- money or peace of mind.
