That's appalling. Why would you use marriage as means to get a green card... find some other legal way to do it instead of being lazy and wasteful.
Since thats illegal you may want to not go around advertising what you want to do.
Look up 'mail order brides' and you'll probably get somewhere. But a lot of those girls are kidnapped and forced to do it, or sold by their families, so don't be surprized if she runs away as soon as she gets her card....
If you are trying to obtain a green card there are acceptable channels to go through that are a lot easier than the marriage route.
Most of the sites you see out there, offering to introduce American men to foreign women, are scams. The women are really just looking to get to the states, marry an American, and get a green card.
