Why are English born in England with a South African mother considered a 'foreigner'?

But in South Africa you are considered a South African?

Answer:
As far as I know they are English.

What Nationality is the father?
As far as I know if you are born in England you're English or a British subject, no matter what the nationality of your parents is.
Might be your looks and accent.
Same reasons they still consider Australians to be convicts ! Why not go back to South Africa where your appreciated or come to Australia instead, it's far safer here ! The Poms are biggots anyway ! and can't play Cricket or Rugby, so why bother.
