Why do people keep saying that Mexicans are taking away our jobs?
They work far harder for a far smaller paycheck than anyone in this country would even bother to spit at, so how can people criticize the illegal Mexicans for taking our jobs when the reason they have them is that they work their ar$es off for wages that most legal citizens of this country wouldn't dream of so much as lifting a finger for?

Mexicans will work for close to nothing. they are not taking American's jobs. Americans work for salary respective to the job duties. Americans will not work in the heat and do hard labor for below minimum wage. these companies know that Americans will not do the job so they hire Mexicans. if these companies paid a salary respective to the job duties, Americans will do the work.
moreover, companies are outsourcing and finding cheaper labor to meet supply and demand. a company will pay $3.15 an hour for a Mexican instead of $12.00 hr for an American. With that $12.00 he can pay 4 Mexicans to do his work and save money. It is not Mexicans taking American jobs, it is more companies trying to outsource and save money as well as unparalleled financial standards that Mexicans and Americans have.

Or better yet...why isn't anyone asking the question of why are people hiring them? If you are concerned about illegal immigrants taking jobs...go to the source. Take action against those companies who hire and pay the illegals. You certainly can't villify the people who are willing to work...
their not really takeing our jobs. people with no education arnt takeing the good jobs. no ceos or cops or computer engineers are loosing their jobs to illegal immigrants but our country does have to pay alot for the crime that some cause and the services they use
Working for less doesn't make them bad people, but it does ruin America's middle class lifestyle which requires a 'living wage'. We subsidize those who work for less through social programs, so it is only cheap labor to the employer. They undermine the living wage.
You speak the truth. I grew up on a cherry farm, and the majority of our workers were of hispanic orgin. While they worked, the american workers we had would smoke cigarettes and drink coffee, and *****. The hispanics would work without and breaks, no gloves, and wouldn't complain.

I have a buddy that is the district manager for Wendy's, and he says they can't even get American's to fill out an application, because they are "above" that kind of work. They hire Mexicans because they are basically the only choice!
Those who complain about others taking their jobs away are basically saying that they "deserve" better than someone else because of some birthright. They should go out and quit being a lazy jerk and FIND THEIR OWN DAMN JOB.

That is because they can afford to since they live in housing with 20other people and don't say I'm lieing I can point to 4houses on my block that have at least 20 mexicans living in it. I can't work for what they make and survive. couldn't even touch my gas bill with the amount of money they make. its not better work ethic its they can afford to work for less than we do thus they take our jobs. So, heres what needs to be done either make them all legal so they can work for the same wage as we do, or kick them all out of the country.

Because they are taking away our jobs. Go to any construction site and you see them working and those are jobs Americans will take. A lot of times they are getting paid under the table so no workers comp insurance, social security, or income taxes have to be paid. They don't pay their taxes therefore don't need to fill out the paper work, you know W-2s, like real Americans do and can therefore be paid less. I'm not saying they aren't hard working, they are, I just wish they could work as hard getting here legally.

I have them at my company and fire about half of all new hires weekly cause they come in reeking of booze, high, etc. Your lies are not needed or wanted in this debate. Plus if they will break one law for their family, (illegal immigration) how many more will they break. Besides the obvious drug dealing, stealing and such that so many do time for. Well, in my opinion, they shouldnt be over here in the first place, i think that if they were over here legally, no problem. but breakin the law is breakin the law and any regular american would be persecuted, so why not them. and about your question. i dont think its wrong for them to take the jobs ( if they are here legally) because they are hard working. but think about it. the money they get paid, goes back to mexico. all of that money, america loses it. so all the money that you pay taxes on that is in mexico with the illegal's families, is pointless. thats why i think people make such a big deal about it. who wants to pay taxes on something that american will never see?
I am not racist, but there was a job that paid alot of money for any race and I was turned down because they thought it unsafe for me to work with mexican males. They did not speak any english. They said it was for my safety. I like to work hard because it gets the work done faster and makes the day go by faster. When I was turned down because of that it made me mad. This was a job that alot of americans would want because it paid up to $30 an hour with training provided. But there are alot of jobs here that mexicans have and if one wasnt there I might have a job. I think that if a hard working american wants that job, one of the mexicans should have to go because I am a born legal american. There is alot of jobles americans that dont want to work but there are also alot that do want to work. And the ones that do want to work cant because the jobs are already taken by mexicans, illegal, and ones that are becoming legal. We woudnt have as much unemployment if they would send the mexicans back where they came from. Or if they were given jobs that the americans WONT do. Not all illegal mexicans are being given smaller wages and not all of them work as hard. I've worked with alot of mexicans before and they dont all work hard. They also mess alot of work up.
I think you make an excellent point. a couple of years ago, there was a young girl (about 15 yo) who wanted to get a job. My Mexican friend told her (in all sincerity) to try getting a job in the fields, as they can make some decent spending money. She pretty much freaked out about that idea.

For the most part, yes many Mexicans take the jobs for lower wages, no benefits, and crappy hours and positions, and manily because most of them are "Illegal", and don't want to get sent back....remember I said most of them not all of them,,,
when you use people demise to influence what they would do for money that undermines work ethics. why is we can't have child labor in the states but we import the goods made by child labor in other countries. Big Business and Bush bed partners.
China's economy has grown a lot thanks to the "cheap labor". Now if you realize the wealthiest states in the U.S. are usually the ones who have more illegal aliens: California, New York, Texas, Florida.

When I worked in a restaurant all the cooks were illegal. I only missed 1 day of work in 3 years because of my child, and always worked for others when they needed time off. The cooks on the other hand made more money than I did and Always were late or called in!! They pushed any white cook out of the kitchen and thought they ruled the restaurant. They are illegal that is the problem I have with them. Not to mention all the free school, emergency room visits and welfare they suck from the state. Also they have as many children as they can pump out to be future Gang Bangers of America.
You are correct in your description of their work ethic. I would hire one in a minute. I will not hire a criminal. If they go through the same thing my relatives did at Ellis Island, If they are learning English and learning about the constitution and why its there, If they have to say the Gettysburg address from memory, If they are learning what made this country great, give them a green card and then citizenship. Some people...if we did not have Mexicans/Hispanics working for next to nothing, and by the way- how can they afford to live here at all? I know, 20 of them living in one house- with 10 kids running around, not paying taxes, etc, etc. Sending home BILLIONS of dollars- and costing tax payers BILLIONS of dollars in hospital visits alone. Don't even ask me about the cost to law enforcement. I'll school you a little bit on immigrants the world over OK? Every single "wealthy" country in this world imports their unskilled laborers- a pay them a pittance. Because idiots that do not take advantage of free education in this country are scared shi%less. But if you were born in this country and you do not take advantage of the opportunities given, then it's your own fault. As far as Mexico being a poor country, it has a lot to do with corruption that has been throughout the years. If an illegal can take your job, what does that say about you? Stop your winning, with every race that has immigrated here, there's always a group of people that try to oppose it, it's history, inform yourself.
