Go to the village wise man and ask him what country you're in. Then choose that country.
You move there and inform not a soul in that nation of your race, religion, or ethnic background. This protects you from all forms of prejudice as well as keeps you well liked within that community.
P.S. Don't move to Canada. It sucks there.

You have to consider many things. Language, weather, job opportunities,friendly people or not, way of life, if there is racism or not , opportunities for your family(education etc), safety and of course the legal frame under which you will immigrate in this country. Do you need a green card? Is it easy to get one?
