you are asking a LOT of tough questions! for one, i think american companies move there FOR the cheap labor....they aren't going to stay if it gets more expensive.
also, not ALL mexicans are leaving! obviously the successful ones (and the REALLY poor ones) are staying.
i'm not going to get into it here, especially because i am not mexican and don't really have the right to speak on this subject... but perhaps you can find a real Mexican citizen, one that lives in Mexico, and ask him or her about their opinion of the Mexican immigrants who come to the US. what they say may enlighten you.
