She is illegal. She should go back to her country and try to do things legally.
If shes illegal she should get shot.

Unfortunately, there are no options available for your girlfriend while she is in the US.
If you are a US citizen, then you could marry her and sponsor her as a spouse of a US citizen. However, she will still have to go back to Mexico to be interviewed at the US consulate in Cuidad Juarez and a waiver for her re-entry will have to be filed on her behalf. Then she will still have to wait for a visa to be issued to her. It will be at least 2 years before she can enter the US legally going that route.
Otherwise, she will need to go back to Mexico and try to enter the US legally some other way, i.e. student visa or H1B work visa if she has a university degree. Again, the earliest that she could possible hope to re-enter the US would be October, provided that she does not have a bar to re-entry for being in the US illegally to begin with.
