A good friend of mine just got a DUI, can he be deported? He says he got a PBJ order..what is that?
Answer:
He could be deported but not likely especially if this is and hopefully was the first time he's got in trouble for that....PBJ is probation before judgement.....Support your friend and encourage he find help for alcohol abuse
P.S. I noticed some of the other answers you have recieved and would just like to say U.S. CITIZENS DRINK AND DRIVE TO AND HAVE ALSO CAUSED THE DEATH OF OUR OWN INNOCENT CITIZENS....WRONG IS WRONG AND RACE OR THE STATUS OF YOUR CITIZENSHIP HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH IT!!!
good luck to you and your friend
Yes. In fact, I hope he is deported. Each year, drunk foreigners kill over 1,000 Americans.
ummm peanut butter and jelly? heh
yes and the pbj is a peanut butter & jelly sandwhich.
probation before judgement.
Deport, deport, deport......
OH GREAT !! just what we need -- it isn't bad enough that they are draining this country of every recource that you could possibly think of now they are driving drink.. That's just great..
Hope he gets de-ported.
If hes a illegal probably nothing but can I have his sandwich.
If he is American, 5 thousand dollar fine two different admin courts to deal with 3 years A.A. and legal bills of 3 grand. Oh, and canceled insurance.
i hope so
Try asking the family of the people killed in Hendersonville, TN by an illegal immigrant driving drunk, that had 6 or 7 seperate charges against him. He had at least 1 or 2 other dui's before he caused this accident. Based on that, he's probably safe for a while. In that case, the same judge saw this man at least 4 of the times he was charged.
PBJ is Probation Before Judgement. It's like setting the charges aside, letting you do community service, and if you don't get in any more trouble the charges will just go away. Lots of states use this type of thing, although I've NEVER heard of it used with DUI's.
