For registered (trading) companies in UAE required the following documents to apply for a visit visa.

Specific application form, signed by the authorised
Copy of trade license
Copy of establishment card
Passport copy of the person supposed to visit. PP should be valid for minimum 6 months.

The visa will be ready by same or the next day.
