What is sad is my son has lived in mexico all his life and he is 100 % american and married a mexico girl?

we want them to come to usa to visist not live and she is having a time getting a visa to do sooo does anyone know who or how to talk to get her to come over ... they do not want to live in usa he is pastor in mexico thanks

Answer:
I feel your pain because I know others who are waiting to come here legally. The fact that she is a Mexican, and wants to come here legally is very favorable.

Unfortunately, Illegal Aliens from Mexico caused her problem.

Just think of all the other countries with people in the same situation... Aliens who filed legal paperwork, and paid fees to come to USA legally, but because of all the illegal Mexicans butting in line, they have to wait, too.

By todays Homeland Security Standards, being married to an American is no longer enough to allow entry into the US.

I hope she can come here to visit her family soon. I understand she only wants to visit, but has to wait like all the other aliens around the world.
Tell him to go to the US embassy and ask about it.
She needs a visa and there nothing anyone but her and her husband can do but wait. With the way terrorists and illegals are these days, it's hard for anyone to get passports or visas...
Sorry.
There is something wrong with this.

He is an American citizen?

He would have priority to get her a permenant residency as his wife, if he petitioned for her, unless she has been deported or has some record or something.

This doesn't sound right, at all.
If your son is an American citizen and they are legally married then she should be able to cross the border with no questions asked-You must be leaving something out because this should not be a problem.
Whats so sad about him living in Mexico, he's probably living a better life down there then he would be here, he found a woman he loves and doing a job he enjoys be thankful he's happy and healthy, since so much problem for his wife to come up here maybe you should visit him
Sadly, our immigration system is utterly and completely broken. It's not just broken because of the illegals who CAN get in, but it's also broken for the perfectly normal and legal cases who CAN'T. Plus, there are thousands of people here who can't even figure out if they are legal or illegal, because they can't get a straight answer from our illustrious Department of Homeland Security.

Basically, it's just another mismanaged bureaucracy. We need a president who will give it some priority, instead of focusing our attention halfway around the world. Get Bin Laden, finish off the Taliban, forget about Iraq, then come home and clean up the immigration system. That's what we need from a President.

Vote Ron Paul for President in 2008.
You are leaving something out.. if your son is an American citizen then she should have no problem coming over here for a visit... they would need a passport.. but that's about it... your question is flawed
The only reasons she would be having a hard time getting a visa in this case is if she has something questionable in her background or was misrepresenting (leaving out, etc.) information in her application.

You may want to suggest your son gather all the required information and with her in tow go to an embassy.
Sorry but something , does not ring true in this Question.
i think you are yanking our chain
He sounds happy to me:)
If he's lived in Mexico his entire life, does that mean he is an american citizen because he was born in America? That is like how a father abandons their child and a non biological father steps in to take care of the child and has so their whole life.

Who would you consider the father of the child to be?
