I don't know if your stats are accurate, but I generally feel penalties for being an illegal alien are too lenient.
Mere deportation is the same as saying "See you tomorrow!"
Break the law, go to jail, I say.
All the illegals should go "adios" and then the US should build a wall between us and Mexico, to keep all the sludge out of the well-oiled US machine.

Uhh I read that report and it said some of the "crimes" included in that "6 times" talley were traffic violations, NOT "criminal activity".
However, that's not the issue I have with all this. Whatever happened to "3 strikes, you're OUT?" American citizens are getting busted for minor infractions and spending the rest of their lives in prison, while illegals are arrested again and again but are released due to lack of jail space and/or funding. I just dont understand this country anymore. I've decided to move to Fiji or Malta or Chad or some other place where I can just be left alone.
I had a mexican hit my z3, leave the scene, then cops brought out the bloodhounds and chased him and finally caught him. He had no license, no insurance, nothing. He was out in three days, the "justice system" doesn't want criminals like him, he doesn't have any money for fines , so they left him go three days later.
We need to remove the Clowns we currently have in Washington along with there Big Business Butt Kissing ways. I fear will NEVER see Immigration reform simply because our beloved politicians will LOOK right past WE the Voters to Attend to the Lobbyist that Line there Pockets with CASH.
i still dont see why they are let in, in the first place. the border patrol is doin a great job. why not build a big fence with razors and electrify it, problem solved or dead . im a little bitter cuz im unemployed but mexicans stayed working because they are cheap labor
Now u don't want to get our POOR illegal immigrants who just want a better life deported do u.. Y should they deport them.. takes too much paperwork and time.. It's much easier to say "charges dropped" go out and do it again.. I wonder why we have a shortage of jail space.. I for one am sick and tired of watching rapist and molestors get out of jail (even the US citizens) because they have no space for them.. Gee, I wonder y there is no space for them.. DUH!!! As a matter of fact, I think we should just close all the prisons and jails and let people RUN free to continue their crimes. that's what amnesty will do for the illegals.. That's what happens anyway.. Y waste their time taking them to jail.. they can't pay to get out.. Hire a bailbondsman. HUH.. if they do have legal representation it's on OUR tax dollars.. It's sad that it is safer for the NON CRIMINALS to be in jail than in the world.. At least in jail, we are sort of safe..
