The US government should start issuing hunting licenses for anyone wishing to drive to the border area with Mexico. The license would allow each hunter two weeks to hunt up to 20 Mexicans and must provide the heads and hands to Border Patrol to assist in identifying them.
I like the way the guy withdrew the offer.
It's called murder for hire, conspiracy to commit murder,and solicitation of murder of a Federal Officer.

It's the drug Cartel making this offer in order to discourage our border agents from doing their job and discourage Americans from joining the border patrol.
