How do eastern europeans who are not EU members come to U.K.?
How do they find legality to come and live and work in U.k.?
Answer:
easy, they come on student visa's then ask to do work experience, then they get residency...
then they get married to an EU citizen, then they're indigenous just like you or me...
Easy, they first move to a country in the EU, and come here from there!
Ukrainians and Yugoslavians must secure working visas in order to work in UK.
Britain's immigration laws and benefit system are a soft touch.
the UK probably sees it as a "guest worker" program that gives them bad pay in return so that they can barely survive and escape their bad country
I know a bunch who marry people in countries from the EU. Especially the Russian mafia who want to establish ground in the U.K.
I think in 20 years, the EU will be no more. The countries will be there but the EU will not. It is a mess. Especially with the whole open boarders rule which these people are exploiting.
That's the problem, most are not legal and are being smuggled in.Even the Home office doesn't know how many illegals there are in this country. The situation will arise where if two Englishmen pass each other in the street they will shout snap.
Why do you want to move here it's going down the sewer fast. Helped by all the spongers coming from oversea's. Accepting poor housing and being employed on the cheap.
just walk in no one to stop then.
In the back of a truck with all their worldly possessions in a carrier bag usually
Get to Dover Docks and say you're fleeing a tyrannical regime. They'll give you asylum status and before you know it, you'll be able to stay here as long as you like.
Who needs to be legal to live here these days
If I were you, I would contact the British Embassy in your country and I would ask them directly that question. I am sure they will be able to help you not only to get a visa to live in UK, but also the possibility to find a job (in most EU countries, they will only issue a visa to live in their country if you have a job first)
Good luck!
