Tomorow I am renewing my passport, when will i get it back ?
and if I pay extra mony when could i have it ?(rushing it)
will they renew it or make a new one ?

America is currently having a MASSIVE passport back up where it may take months. i don't know if your passport has to go threw America or whatever but if it does probably about 10 months
New passports 4months Ren==? less i hope tell them your leaving soom an they will speed it up maybe.
As others have noted there is a huge back log of passport processing in the US.
I filed a renewal in March of this year and received my passport about 2 weeks ago, abhout 14 weeks.
Since you are filing at an embassy I would think your passport will take a different route than mine.
There are US government sites that can give you an idea of the backlog and specifically tell you the process when going through an embassy.
