Enter the case number. You can even have information sent to your email everytime they act on it.
you need their alien number and then you can track them through ICE.

You cannot get any information about a case that is handle by DHS. If you are a family member you can go to the ICE office where his case is being handle and inquiry about it. the best advice that I can give you is to get an immigration lawyer to help out with the case. check out this link for fee legal service providers
