Liberal democrats. They surrendered to North Vietnam in the 1970s and they are planning on surrendering to Al Quaida next year. Just as Pelosi and Reid. Liberal democrats are all cowards.

The Iraqi military was crushed in a month? What are you talking about? We are currently engaged with insurgents in a policing action while the new Iraqi government trains it's army and police. The war was won in 6 weeks. The US troops cowardly? You need to get a clue.
You don't know very much about wars and history it seems. Civilian causalities are very low for a war that has gone on for this long. You talk about cowards but it is not the US soldier who hides behind and straps bombs to it's wives and kids. I can agree that there is some crooks in politics and that that hurts our troops efforts but the crooks are from both sides of the isle. The US can win
Poor planning. When you go and attack someone you have to make sure that you have a very good plan.
Also you have to make sure that you have enough troops and supplies.

The reason the US cannot win a war, is nothing other than politics. If martial law were declared in this country, and the politicians shut UP PERMANENTLY, the work would get done. But, because this is War by Committee, NOTHING gets done. The soldiers die, the civilians die, the politicians invested in the economics of the war get richer.

The US Military is the most powerful military on earth. The troops have won every major battle in Iraq, mostly on the ground. If we fail to win the peace in Iraq it will be because of the politicians in Washington screwed it up too much. If our leaders were as good at foreign relations as the troops are in battle everyone would be our friend or at least neutral.
It's because we have so many cowards in the U.S. today.They believe in nothing and stand for nothing.It has turned into a me generation..It's all about me for most of the younger people coming up today. They care for nothing and no one.
Then you have the people who think it's awful to kill innocent people.Those innocent people will kill you just as soon as they get a chance.There are NO rules of war.Innocent people die.
To much politics involved, Politicians need to get out of the way and let our troops do their job, then come home and secure our southern border!
Somewhat agree, we've lost a few thousand soldiers in this war. We've also killed over 200,000 Iraqi civilians --------- very sad!! Some of those deserved to die but there's others that didn't. I guess it just goes hand and hand with war.
It's time to get out of there. There's been more than enough deaths already.
Are u nuts?? The USA has one of the most powerful military forces in the WORLD!! (why are we in Iraq?? because we were asked to help!!) I HATE the war, and always will, but I am SO thankful to our soldiers who fight to keep us safe, sounds like you need a history lesson, or need to move to another country where you can see a truly inept Army!!
