Your father's citizenship is not relevant to your application for citizenship, or any one else in the family. If he had included you in his citizenship application before you were 18, that's a different case and you need to talk to an immigration lawyer for that.
However, if you have been in the US for five years as a resident, there is no stopping you from applying for citizenship.
If your mother appliles and is eligible, she can include any children under 18 (or actually, it may be 21?).
