With the immigration issues circulating, shouldn't america worry about the asian population?

Its not the legal immigrant from any nation that is the problem.
Its the illegal alien from all country's.
I am not concerned with color,race or heritage.I am concerned only about the damage being done to my city,state and my nation by the tidal wave of illegal aliens flooding this nation.
The US should not worry about ANY population... The question doesn't make any sense. By 'America' do you mean 'white'?

If they're legal.....why? The ones I've met have learned English, felt it was an honor to be here, worked endlessly, and were extreemly smart.

as long as they come legal who cares who comes here. we need to worry about the illegals coming from all over. the asian people don't harass people and disrespect are country or flag. they put into are system not take. the illegals are bad for are economy.

I think that 10 years ago the politicans and elite saw that the blacks were increasing in number to the point of having to much power politically. Mexicans and other indians from 3 world latin america were very passive and easy to control. Just look at how the small elite have the power in these countries.

First of all we shouldn't look at people as immigrants because that carries a negative connotation with it. I think that we should think of them as non-citizens. Second of all many people who live here can not even speak English correctly including me. So the whole thing about them not nowing the language is a bunch of crap. The third thing i want to say is that we should allow them the same privalleges we have. The only thing is that they have to pay the same taxes.
The only invasion I'm worried about is one made by terrorists.
We are worried about illegals since we budget for those legally here, supposedly.
If they are asian and illegally here I am against them taking our school funds.
The fact is, though, most Asians know English by the time they get to school, and drive our schools standards up, not down. That is not racism, it is a demographic fact.
Look at Greatschools.net and go to the LAUSD, then look at top and bottom schools, and demographics, and test scores.
They may be harder competition when we are older, but they don't keep our children from being educated as much as people who don't speak English and take WAY disproportionate amount of education funds and attention. To the extent they are illegally here and are taking our children's funds and teacher's attention away from our own, however, I am still against their being here.
It isn't a 'race' issue.
