Immigrating to Toronto?
How can I go about getting the correct entry documents, and how long will it take to acquire these?
I am looking at moving to Toronto.
How are salaries for a middle school teacher? Is housing expensive?
Would you say that the lifestyle is similiar to America's?

I live in Toronto. I myself love it here. but ofcourse it depends for you because different ppl have different tastes. Teachers do make good money but that depends on your experience ...the more experience you have the more you earn... The housing is average ... recently i heard about something that the government is doing and how buying a house might be more expensive after a while . but i dont remember what it was ... some sort of tax.. it think. People are VERY nice etc.
My opinion would be to move here as quickly as possible!! =D..

Do not go to Toronto - it is the Pits. I suggest that you stay close to the Ocean -
Halifax, Nova Scotia.
Vancouver or Victoria, British Columbia. Chatlottetown, PEI would also be good.
I'm sure you can make it easily. Because you are american and Canada is almost your sister country. About the salary almost the same in US. And the benefit is great also almost the same. You can even cross the boarder so easily.
