It should not. You were not arrested so I can't see any need to report it as such. Still, if asked about minor infractions do not lie. Tell the truth. Trespassing is not one of the crimes that can exclude you from immigration.
You are not required to disclose that conviction on the K-1 visa application (Form I-129F: Part C, Question 2). A trespassing offense also shouldn't affect your eligibility for visa under the criminal grounds of ineligibility (trespassing is not a "crime involving moral turpitude").
