Honestly, they get paid to do it. In Orlando, FL where I grew up they have these "immigration legal assistance" business where it is supposed to be a paralegal helping you with you documentation process. Everyone in town knows they actually set up arranged marriages. I know fat white women who have been married six or seven times a piece who used to come in to me and my husband's retail store bragging about how they just got a grand for marrying an illegal alien.
