Can Candian citizen stay in the USA for years and work there?

Answer:
Legally speaking, you need to find a company that will hire you first. When they hire you, you need a confirmation of employment letter that states the main points like what your title is, yearly salary, benefits, etc. The type of job has to be on NAFTA's approved list of occupations, however. When you have the job letter, you just go to a border checkpoint and show it to customs. They give you the permit right there. While you're working you can certainly apply for a green card. You'll just have to renew your work permit every year.
If you have a work permise yes...If you don't have any document that shows that you will be working here legally the you will be just like sny illegal inmigrant working here...
It’s a little more difficult that just moving there to work. First you have to go to Mexico and then sneak across the border in to the US.
Why not, everybody else does.
Sure, we got a guy from Canada who's been working at our company for years. He goes back every 3 months or so to check up on the house he owns in Canada.
