Illegal Immigrants use the hospitals, and then run when the bill is due, raising the costs of health care for everyone, and then when people can't afford the costs of healthcare, the hospital shuts down, making people travel further for medical assistance.
It is considered shameful to take 'free services' unless in dire straights in our culture. Some don't feel this, but most do.

The reason why illegals get free health care is because they give the hospitals fraudulent information. They give them fake names, SS#, and wrong addresses. Then they crawl back in to their holes and disappear and we Americans are stuck with the aftermath of their actions, by losing our hospitals and medical facilities to bankruptcies. They need to go home back to their country and fight to make it a better place and stop sucking us dry.
