If Blacks and Mexicans make up more of our jail population, it has to do with money.These people are generally poor, and they don't bail out of the system like other groups.There is a logic to everything.Things are not always as they appear, look a little deeper next time..

Probably because a black kid goes through the criminal justice system and the illegal goes through immigration, a completely different thing. Don't blame the police, they just make the arrest, after that it's out of their hands.
