Let's call him "Jose". Jose hit my other neighbor (we'll call him Jerome) with a bat when he was confronted over something he stole then ran inside and locked the door..Jerome filed a police report it turns out the violent neighbor has a deportation notice. If they filed the report why haven't they come to pick him up? The landlord was informed about this and has not evicted him either? What can I do I don't want my kids to see this violence and I don't feel I should move..He should be the one getting the steppin!

Call your local ICE office and ask why he has not been picked up yet. Report it to the radio stations, newspapers, state reps office, etc... Get involved !
Contact Homeland Security and tell them he is a threat.
Jerome needs to go back to Haiti.
Maybe he's not illegal. If he hit someone else with a bat, he should be in jail. If he's not, your neighbor probably did something to provoke him and he just defended himself...there are 2 sides to every story.
