I have heard numbers upwards to 20 million from news shows, evening news shows, newspapers.
But that number is limited to just "workers" and clearly can not represent the total number of actually undocumented illegals are within the United States.
If the real numbers were known, many would be totally SHOCKED within this country. These numbers could be somewhat gotten if records could be cross checked (food stamps checked against HUD housing records, school records, medical records from Medicaid. So far, the gov. hasn't seen fit to do such.
