Would the new amnesty bill call for acceleration of SPP?

According to World Net Daily:

""It is the sense of Congress that the United States and Mexico should accelerate the implementation of the Partnership for Prosperity to help generate economic growth and improve the standard of living in Mexico, which will lead to reduced migration," the draft legislation states on page 211 on the version time-stamped May 18, 2007 11:58 p.m. "

And to those who say WND is biased, well, duh. However, the draft either says this or doesn't.

Does it?

And if it does, what do you think of it?

Answer:
If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. Remember one major speedbump in mexico (DRUG CARTEL), they rule that country.
This whole thing stinks like last Fridays Trash. This will lead
to Armed Revolt.
Once again it's in our best interest to read the find print, they are once again peeing on our foot and telling us it's raining
It sure seems that way. I do not understand why our duly elected
government officials believe that a "partnership" is necessary. This looks like a corporate merger, with an economically strong corp. using economically weaker corporations to increase its holdings and prop up the weaker corps. Too bad the Mexican government thinks its involved in a hostile takeover. Here is a portion of this article that I found to be important;
" Sen. Jim DeMint, R-S.C., also was quick to label the bill "amnesty."

The senator said it "rewards people who broke the law with permanent legal status and puts them ahead of millions of law-abiding immigrants waiting to come to America."

"I don't care how you try to spin it, this is amnesty," DeMint said.

"I hope we don't take a thousand page bill written in secret and try to ram it through the Senate in a few days," he added. "This is a very important issue for America and we need time to debate it."

I really hope that the time needed to debate, define and refine this flawed piece of proposed legislation is taken, this is one of the most important issues for America's government to decide, it should not be "fast tracked", or shoved down the collective American throat.
