To Anti's who've traveled out of the US, did you voice your opinions on imm. while there?
Answer:
I haven't traveled out of the US, but if I did, I would be on a vacation, and most likely wouldn't get into a discussion about illegal immigration while relaxing on the beach.
those that did are declared as "missing"
No, why would I? Also, I only speak a small amount of spanish, I don't expect to go somewhere and have them speak to me in English.
I have done this responsibly. It became quite heated but in most cases, and this killed me, the folks I spoke with agreed that the illegals were criminals tech. but because we allowed it, it was OK.
This was in Mexico.
While traveling recently in my own country, I was almost jailed for speaking out on the issueof illegal immigration to a crowd of mainly Hispanic people. The police, once they were made to understand the situation, told the people who called them that, I , as an American citizen, had the right to free speech and there wasn't anything to be done about it except to move out of earshot of my vocalizations. Aint freedom great?
Oh yeah, I've always wanted to visit a foreign country, wave my flag, march, protest, demand rights....and die. Don't insult my intelligence. Obviously you don't know what it's like for Americans to go to Mexico right now. It's a death warrant.
Why would I. They were in their own country, legally, and I was a guest in their country, legally. I don't see a need to complain to law abiding citizens about the law breaking citizens of their country.
Yes, I have talked to family members in Mexico regarding illegal US immigration and a lot of them are actually on my side and disagree with illegal immigration. In their words they called Mexican illegals "invaders".
I doubt if any of the anti's have been out of their own neighborhoods, let alone the USA. These are the same people who lived on the different armed force bases in Panama and were scared to take a bus downtown for fear of getting raped.
