How do illegal immigrants learn to steal so effectively from our system of ID, credit etc?
How do they learn to do this. I'm an American and I don't know these things.

Thier "tribe" who has been gameing the system for decades. Also, theres a convery belt of services our government has set up for them but you have to be "IN" i.e. illegal mexican, to be admited. A mexican worker in the DMV, the county health departartment, the welfare office, unemployment office..you name it will speak spanish hand over the right forms we never see.
Because unfortunately ...it's not that difficult.
