Do you think someone who trys to get a visa to visit should just?
Answer:
But there are SO many people out there that don't understand why mexicans come up here, and you just proved my point,
It's like college, you need money to go to college, bet you need college to make money.
Well these immigrants need Money to come into america, and they need america to make money.
But I guess the worl is a cold heartless place anymore.
I would tell your frien HELL NO, NEVER GIVE UP!
If it is a dream for her to come visit, I would LOVE for her to come visit. Never giove up on ANY ambition, because that's what the rest of the world wants, and that day when she does come here, Think at how JOYOUSE that will be, to say I overcame more pain and misery that any american can comprehend.
oh no, don't give up.
These things are not easy. I am not even sure why, but I guess it depends on the country you come from and the country you are trying to get a visa for.
Keep at it, because I know some people who had to repeat the whole process several times before they could finally get their dang visas, and now they are proud permanent residents of the beautiful America of the North !!
Good Luck to your friend.
They probably won't let her come because they think she is going to overstay her visa. Money is not the only thing they consider. She also has to show she has strong ties to her country. She should give up trying to come here and you should just go visit her.
She minus well. She has to pay each time she tries. They have very arrogant tellers working in the US consulate and they act as if they own the US. They can't tell the difference between people who are going up there to work and people that just want to go see.
You better go down and see her your self.
The only way she's be able to come is if she has someone to sponsor her.People don't realize that the American government sets these financial guidelines that are impossible for the average person to follow. For example,in Panama, you have to have 350usd in the bank, have a steady job,and pay 200usd for the visa interview. My cousin was turned down twice.Your friend should get a sponsor, otherwise, she will just keep wasting her hard-earned money.
Hell no she shouldn't give up...i know what you are talking about...i am married to a mexican girl and it was really hard for her sister to come visit us...she tried about three times before she got a visa to come visit...she said that when you go they see how nervous you are and by that they know if you are lying about your reason to visit and think that you will stay...so just tell her to try again and just be relaxed when she goes and be confident..cause they try to intimidate you so that they won't give you one
of course not tell her to swim here we will give her free $$ medical and dental and now we even give away social security benefits to illegals
She will not get approved unless someone “invites” her. To do this the “inviter” must send the following documents:
I-134
Letter from employer
Bank statement
Letter to consulate
Invitation letter
Remember, she must keep her foreign address and not have “intentions” to stay in the U.S.

try getting the visa for her...my grandparents from mexico have been up here twice in the past 4 years..but each time I think either my dad or one of my aunts or uncle had to get the visas for them
Have far would 4 dollars in Mexico go? America cannot solve Mexico problems. They spend their money unwisely have no interest into making country any better. Their central concern is ensuring their rich continue to bring in baskets of money. Mexico has everything to enrich the country only 30-40 people want lay around on there 10 million dollar pleasure boats. It seems the elite have money to benefit their on selfish needs
sadly most people never qualify for a tourist visa. I've heard that the government doesnt take the applications seriously unless they are over 40 years old.
