Is the kuwait article 18 visa tranferable in the first month of renevoation?

I had job offer from a good reputated comapany, i had signed in agreements and every thing..now i do have problem i.e is my visa is non transferbale to another comany...is there any way that i can transfer my visa to another company.. please help me...

The article number 18 visa of Kuwait is a transferable visa. The condition for transfer is you have to complete one year with the present sponsor/employer and manage to get a release from him. In certain cases it will be exempted like if you are a professional and holding an attested degree certificate etc.

Discuss with your Mandoob (PRO) of your present company and I hope he will assist you to complete the formalities.

The short answer is NO.

Your visa requires sponsorship by a specific company; the visa is based on that company's application and its 'dealings' with the local government.

If you switch companies, you need to reapply (or to be more correct, the new company needs to make an application in your name) to allow you to change employers. The new employer will have to go through all the hoops of 'proving' why they need your skills ... the same way the first company did. And pay all the fees, too.
