Cheating husband?
my sister got married (arranged marriage , the family background is very good also the guy seemed loving and passionate) in india and came to US a month back. now after realising that the husband is cheating her, he is having affair with another woman and harrassing her in all the way and knowing that he married her for money or some other reasons she begged him that they can go back to india and start a new life. but he refused al that and the abuse continued . My sister went back to india now with the help of all of us. now we dont know what to do.. the husband is enjoying in america while my sister's life is screwed. How to payback this cheating rascal ? we have filed complaint here inUS and also in india . How can the guy be happily here continuing his sex life with another girl while my siter is facing all the trouble involving divorce and reliving everything when approching cops and lawyers?? we do have proof.
Answer:
divorce him. report him to immigration. this is fraud. and as immigrant and there is abuse she will be allowed to stay in the usa. go to the us immig site at www.usa.gov.
doc the abuse by contacting a women shelter and the police they shold take photos as can you. date them on a good dig camera.
Start a nasty divorce
The only thing that proof is going to get your sister is a divorce.
That is what she needs to do. However, with proof of his cheating.......she can get a divorce and he should not get anything from her (money, etc).

if you are married in india then i guess you have to divorce by their laws? i don't know what laws apply to her under this situation.
give up the idea of punishing him. that will not make anyone happy. It doesn't matter if he cheated to any US law.

hire a private investigator to get your proof. If you have proof it will help in court with receiving alimony

i agree with type 2 here hun. 1. she can get a divorce, but apparently she want's to hold on to her amrerican citizanship (she plans on coming back i assume). 2. she can wait at least a year, so her citizinship in in the clear and then divorce him. what you've said so far doesn't mak a whole lot of sense. what kind of abuse????? first off. or is it just that her feelings are hurt??? yes, i agree, she probably got duped, but there is always two sides to a story too.
