Can you win a war on terror or drugs or poverty ? or other intangiable things?
Answer:
We need a war on propaganda!
OK you won! I might not can win a war,but I teach my kids right from wrong. The war of greedy people will never be won.But each individual can make a difference in the world.
and I claim space wait bush already claimed space. You got it right its all rhetoric to distract us from the economy and other tangible things that if we werent all spun up about rep/dem, neocon/ lib we would be realizing theres a serious problem with 14 yr low vs the pound sterling and Bush says we may have a balanced budget in 2012 give us a break!!
you've also, obviously, declared a war on spelling things properly.
No. People use these terms to make it sound like a noble thing to declare war on various groups of people. These 'feel good about myself' wars are used as excuses to take away people's legal rights. There is already a war on sadness. It's being run by the pharmaceutical companies. At the expense of people's lives and health. In some cases it's mandatory to take drugs that you don't want. Maybe we should give the war on drugs new meaning! But no one should take my comments as medical advice.
You CANNOT win a war on terror or drugs. You can win a war on poverty, you just have to make sure that the crooked people who always screw up the attempt to win the war on poverty are kept out of this.
