Well, the idiots that have had comments to the effect of "the blue states,""The Democrats,"or"Iraq *****," have already answered this question, because you have to be pretty God-damn stupid/ignorant to come up with those answers. To answer the question in the way you meant for it to be answered, Stupid people come from Stupid people, who come from Stupid people... To give you an idea, I'll give you some history. In a time, quite long ago, there was a land called Stupe. Stupe was a small community of hunters and gatherers. They survived by doing what was necessary to survive. They eventually became larger and more industrial, but still weren't that intelligent. They had managed to develop a way to produce their food and goods(only through the knowledge of another civilization). After they had met this other civilization, knowledge spread throughout the world of the people of stupe, or as they had become known, Stupid people. There were tales from near and far about how the stupid people would blindly follow their leader, marry their sisters and other family members(Thus creating a Stupid bloodline that was comprised of horribly deteriorated inbred genes), have sexual relations with their livestock, bring shotguns to UFO sightings, watch cars drive in circles 500 times, and many other hilarious stories. The favorite for most was that, despite all these odds, they still thought that they knew everything. The Stupid people would vote for leaders that believed in ideals that didn't even make sense, and would even argue these ideals as fact with absolutely know facts involved. It is said that every once in a while if you look hard enough, you can find one of these people of Stupe. In fact, many people believe that their population has grown so much, that they are now almost a race. Therefore, Stupid people come from the sperm of a Stupid man and the egg of a stupid woman. This forms into a Stupid baby, which pops out of the stupid woman's stupid vagina, and into the arms of a stupid doctor. Through this process, the people of stupe have succeeded to exist for tens of thousands of years, despite their lack of intelligence.
