First off, Cuba and Mexico are in no way similar.
Secondly, Cubans are anti-Zionist and anti-American because of American and Israeli foreign policy. If you do a quick google search on the Cuban revolution and the events that took place shortly after, you'll understand why. I really don't feel like posting the entire story. But atleast I can lead you to it.
Mexico is pro-Israel because Israel is an American ally (atleast that's what they say) and Mexico is an American ally. Mexico and Israel share some common things such as Capitalism.
Why wouldn't Cuba be Anti-American? After all, the United States is definitely anti-Cuba!
